older ram with new mobo/cpu

Hey,

Just wondering if I should expect any problems with running this setup. I'm going to sell my old mobo cpu (MSI K7T 266 pro 2 and XP 1800+) should i just sell the ram with it and get newr pc3200?

I guess that's really two questions

1) will the new setup with old ram run at spec?

2) will i be able to o/c it at all?

The new board is the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum nForce3 Ultra Athlon 64

I used to be hip and what not but 4 years of humanities studies in college have left me bewildered so any help is appreciated.

Is your old ram PC 3200 if it is keep in mind that BH-5 is old ram but at pc3200 its still the best. If your old ram isn't pc3200 than BUY Crucial ballistic PC3200 great fast ram very O/C able and fairly priced with lifetime warranty
