Older PSU, will it work with latest systems?

If it's still putting out enough watts than yes you can use it,the haswells do have a new power saving feature,a new sleep state, that lowers power to such low levels that some PSUs consider that a shut down and dont start up again but most motherboards (if not all) are shipped with that feature disabled by default.

I wouldn't use the old Antec for a newer build.
If I'm spending good $$ on fresh components, I don't want them damaged by an aging PS.
Even though PS aren't flashy, they are a core component in any system.
Speaking for myself, I consider it false economy to try and save a few bucks on a PS.
