Older PSU OO with new motherboard?

I have a MicroATX case with a PSU in which the motherboard went bad. I ordered the BioStar A730LC3 AM3 motherboard (http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=612#spec). The case is equipped with a 400w Seasonic Super Silencer (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151007) ATX v1.3 PSU. Will the Biostar motherboard work with this PSU or will I have to buy another PSU? I don't intend to do any overclocking. Thanks.

Yes, they are compatible.

It would've been a good idea to buy an AM3+ board so that you would have an upgrade path to AMD's FX-line of CPUs.
