Older Monitor with Newer Card?

Greetings, I will soon be in the market for a new system and I have a question regarding upgrading my monitor. I currently have an E21 Panasonic which has the following specs:

Screen Attributes
21" Shadow mask
20 viewable image
.25 mm dot pitch
Input Signal
Video Signal : Analog
H Frequency : 30-89 Khz
V Frequency : 50-160 Hz
Sync Signal : Separate

Video Bandwidth
160 Mhz
Input Connector
HD-15

Maximum Resolution
Maximum : 1600x1280, 67 Hz
Macintosh : 1280x1024, 75 Hz
Flicker free : 1280x1024, 83 Hz

Could I still use this monitor with say a Nvidia 6800GT or even the newer 7800 or will I need to upgrade my monitor too?
