older linux-friedly laptops

My current linux laptop is dying - I think it's the graphics chip or the LCD controller, plus it's hard to find ram for it.

I need a few recommendations for 5-ish year old models. Specs don't really matter as long as RAM is plentiful for it.

Thinkpad E420 or E430. Nice laptops. Drop in an SSD and you're golden. Shouldn't set you back more than a couple hundred bucks.
