Older CPU with new Vid card?

Im still hanging in there with my overclocked 300aO/C to 450 celleron/bh6 mobo and a TNT 2 ultra vid card. And I just ordered a new game that uses the unreal engine. And was wondering if I upgraded to a Gforce 2 gts 32mb card, would having only a 450 cpu really limit the performance of the Gforce?
 
at high resolutions the geforce will be the limitation. anything below 1024x768 will be the cpu mostly.
