Older computer not working...(Bios dosent display)

It has been sittin around for awhile...tried to start it up and nothing happens except a blinking white cursor on screen. No bios loads or anything. Its a dual Pii 400, i took out the processors and ram and reset them. It was working the last time i used it.

Can't hurt. What you might want to do first, however, is pull the current card and make sure the contacts on the card and in the slot are clean and free of debris that might cause an open or short circut. You also might want wo give the motherboard the once-over for debris (including the area between the MB and case/tray).

And remember, you usually don't see the video BIOS screen because the monitor is warming up, so check to see if that's coming up.

Well cleared cmos for like 12th time...got it to start up, hooked up hardrive and the damn thing dosent power up now...wtf...
