Older camry, bent steel rim on curb

I agree, call up a junkyard and they should have one for next to nothing. Grab an extra while you're at it to use as a full sized spare.
 
Alot of times a tire shop can pound out the rim with a ball peen hammer to straighten it out. Sometimes the tire won't seal properly unless you can get it close to perfect. In that case some rim sealer would do the trick.

For the cost of a junkyard steel wheel it's probably cheaper and more sure of a fix to just grab another wheel and get rid of the old one.

sure... I wouldn't pay someone else to do this for me but if you had access to a tire machine and could do it for free it would be worth it to try.
