Old Wildlife Show

Need help identifying an Old Wildlife show, I remeber that this past year they released a dvd set and I went to the website, but now I forgot what the title was. It was an american show, not BBC and I know the narrator had a beard and I know it wasn't Jim Fowler and the Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom....

Any one have any ideas?
 
Yes. It was called Shoot to Kill, and it was sponsored by Jack Daniel's Distillery in conjunction with the NRA.
