I have the older tuniq tower 120 (not extreme) on my Q9550. I am thinking about upgrading to a new 1151 board with an i5 skylake:

GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-UD3 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i5-6600K 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.5 GHz LGA 1151 95W BX80662I56600K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530

Will I need a new bracket for my Tuniq Tower for the 1151? If so where can I get one?

Tuniq says nothing about updating their compatibility for 1150 (which is pretty much the same as 1151), so I think you are out of luck there.

The good news is that one of the most popular aftermarket coolers for these will fit, only costs around $31, and probably performs around the same.

One advantage is that these allow fan speed adjustment by PWM or motherboard software, so you don't have to reach for a ran to speed it up under load. Also, people have reported that paying for a good fan on these offers a good return in temps.
