Old Tower still good for cooling?

I have a 3 year old Antec KS188 tower. I want to upgrade to upgrade to a new AMD 1700+ processor and board. I know the recommended cooling is to have an exhaust fan under the power supply to pull air out by the processor. My problem is that the two rear exhaust fans are above the power supply.

I plan on upgrading the powers supply to an Antec True 430 and already have the 3 80 mm fans installed. I just want to make sure that this setup is good enough to properly cool everything inside before building the machine. I don't plan on overclocking or cutting holes in the case cause I will either fry the processor or manage to cut myself. Is this setup good enough or should I invest in another case?

You will be just fine, if not better than fine. Invest in a good heatsink. I just installed an SK7 on my brother's XP1800+. He's running a Sunon 80mm rated at 36cfm. He's running about 35C at idle.
