old Sony VAIO flat panel connector

I have a flat panel monitor for a Sony VAIO, model#: PCVA-141LAP. It is an odd 26-pin connector in typical DB fashion (two rows of 13 male pins). Is there any way to convert this to standard VGA or DVI?
 
I'm sure that there is, but I would guess that it would only be available through Sony's homepage. Have you tried looking there?
