Ok I have an old 20 GB Seagate IDE Drive... I installed it in my computer the other day to drop extra files onto it... It took me 3 tries to finally format the darn thing.... it simply wouldn't accept NTFS I finally got it to got FAT32 and dropped the files onto it. Not even 5 minutes ago I got a Physical Memory Dump BSOD.... WHen I rebooted POST wouldn't detect the seagte drive but BIOS does.. I unplugged the drive and now it is running fine... I think.... my question is..... is ti possible for the Hard Drive to cause Windows to Crash?

I would think so, if any processes are interrupted by failing hardware, windows can definitly, and easily bluescreen, i would chalk up another dead drive
