old school ATI battle: PCI 8mb RagePro vs AGP 8mb Rage IIC

Picked up the AGP card and was told it was 8mb... since its only 4mb I can use my warranty and trade it for an 8mb PCI Rage Pro card... should I? Which is best for 2D work in Windows 2000 ? Its for my dad's home computer and he won't do any gaming...at most some flash animations or something but mostly just web surfing and microsoft office stuff.

UPDATE: turns out the Rage IIC card is indeed 8mb (according to windows display properties... so im running it right now and so far so good... still wondering if the rage pro would be any different...
 
I really wouldn't worry about it. I've used cards with both chipsets ... both are ok for 2d, but offer less than Voodoo1 performance in 3d...
