Wow! That is too cool! It looks pretty decent. I'd have to paint it Corvette Yellow, though. I'll bet it does 11-second quarters @ 140MPH or so.

I like my Accords to be 3rd generation (the one in the link is late 4th generation) and STOCK thank you. And for pete's sake, why on earth would you put a 350 in there? Why would anyone put a 350 in anything for that matter? The Ford 351 has so much more potential. And vi_edit, no, it's not FWD, the engine is pointing in the proper direction. :)

I have the Accord I want. If it ever got a companion I'd try to find a 1989 SE-i with the Honda/Bose stereo and a 5-speed. Past that, maybe an original 1976 Accord just for the novelty of having a first year car.

One last thing, it's "ZeNmervolt", only one "m". :p

the reason I used your name in the title cause you were the only Accord-lover I could remember in the forum..I think Garfang is one too. Anyway the point of this is its coolness factor. I doubt anyone would drive this around on the street. It's more of track-sleeper-car, the owner probably attempted this because a) its never been done before b) do it because you can.

Damn! Just noticed you have a 'n' in your nick.

As far as the name goes, it's fine. Everyone seems to spell it that way anyway. I think the "n" and the "m" kind of blend together.

And yes, it does seem to be put together very well. In all honesty it probably flies because the 4th generation Accord only weighs about 2,800 lbs fully equipped and stock, so this car is probably down to about 2,000 lbs. 520 hp with only 2,000 lbs to move probably gets the job done fairly well. ;) The one thing I'd like to do to my '88 LX-i is to retrofit it with the rear disc brakes of the '89 SE-i. Simple bolt-on procedure (the hardpoints are all the same) and I think it would help with some of the mushiness in the brakes that seems very common to Accords. They seem to be "push farther" instead of "push harder" to stop more quickly. At the very least rear disks would help the stopping distance.
