Failure to learn English is its own punishment, and I am generally against the PC idea of providing everything in a dozen languages. Limited sources of news and opinion make for a poor citizen that is easily mislead.

Nobody likes it when people speak around them in a language they don't understand, and this includes both Mexicans and Asians, not just English speakers.

Why should it bother you? It is a conversation that you are not involved in.

She does need public shaming I think we need to shame more people more often for acting like asses just like this woman was acting.

Some others that need to be shamed:
People who dress in clothes that are 2 sizes too small
Parents who enable their kids to misbehave. I realize some kids have problems but its your responsibility to have a plan.
The CEO who complains about employee benefits
The CEO who takes in huge pay but cannot afford to give decent wages to anyone else.
Political loons like birthers
Politicians who obviously cross the appropriate behavior for their title. The "you lie" guy comes to mind.
The crazy guy that owns too many guns and constantly has the Police stopping by.
The black helicopter conspiracy nuts.
The self indulged parent that asks every other parent to keep peanut butter out of the school.
The young guy who inherits most of his money speaking like a brat "fire crotch" guy is a good example.
The people who ignore all basic maintenance on their property.
