Old PSU for new system?

I have an Antec True380 power supply. It's some years old, but works very nicely, so I'd like to put it in a new machine via a 20 to 24-pin adapter. Do you think it's adequate for a PC with the following specs?

-AMD Propus 4-core 2.8ghz CPU
-El-cheapo integrated graphics
-2 hard drives - neither of them are high-end current hogs
-1 optical drive

The only thing for me to point out is that the efficiency on the unit will likely be horrendous compared to what you can get today. Some people don't care about that kind of stuff but some do.
