I have this PC Power & Cooling 750W power supply on my C2D E8400 rig right now. I'm considering reusing this power supply in my new SB rig in April. I know the wattage will be enough, but will there be any other issues with that? I'm wondering about connectors for CPU, VGA etc.

SB Rig
i5-2500k
16GB RAM
Either GTX 570 or 6950
Plus I might move my 8800GTS to act as a PhysX card.
SSD and couple of HD

Also, I'll need to buy a replacement PS for my E8400 rig. Any suggestions for that? Thanks in advance.

Old Rig
C2D E8400
4GB DDR2 RAM
8800 GTS 512
F3 1GB HD

I'm sure that's a fine PSU, but I was hoping for something a bit cheaper since that rig will be given to my parents for Hulu duty. Can I get by with something around 350-400W? I can remove/replace the 8800 GTS512 if necessary.

Here you go:

Should be plenty of power for that system without having to remove/downgrade your video card. It is Jonny Guru recommended as well since it got a really good review, so you can't go wrong with it, especially since it is only $30 after MIR.

Honestly that earthwatts is probably plenty for you're needs, and really efficient to boot.

Wow that's a great price, but the amount of bad user reviews (26% 1-egg rating) is discouraging. Should I be concerned?

How about this Antec Earthwatts 380?

Nearly every single one of those 1 egg reviews are DOAs which happen with all types of hardware.

That Antec earthwatts looks good too. It has the same 12v rail output as the 430W Antec, so you can't go wrong with either one of them. Price difference is very minimal if you factor in the discounts for both. I would just go with Antec.
