Old PC Driver

Hi,

One of my old PC's windows is corrupted and I wanted to reformat it. However, I have lost all the driver for that PC. The motherboard is Via VT8366-8233, and graphic is Nvidia geforce2 mx 400. I have tried to google for the driver, but I can't find one. Do anyone of you knows where I can download those old driver? If I can't find one, can I just reinstall the windows directly? Is my specs' driver already included into Win XP installer?

Thanks.

Biggest thing is the network driver. I use a USB/ethernet that I have a driver CD for. Once you get XP back on, get it online, and search Windows update for some drivers. That Nvidia driver will easily be found on Windows update.

You'll have to work at it to get the last few that don't fill out in Device Manager.
Don't be afraid, and go for it!

Thanks a lot for your reply. Do you mean that all the missing drivers can be installed through windows update as long as I am able to get the PC on-line?

Most drivers can be downloaded through Windows Update, however not all updates are created equal...sometimes the Nvidia/ATI drivers that are pulled from Microsoft are not always update to date. That's why you should go directly to the manufacturer's website and grab the latest driver you can.
