I have an old (I got it in the early 90's) Papst fan 4112 GXL. It has a metal frame and runs on 8v-16v DC. I can not find any specs on it though ie dBA or CFM. Does anyone know how to find them. Papst website does not list it. I did find http://www.ebmpapst.us/allpdfs/4100N.PDF. And if it is anything like the 4112's in that list it puts out alot of air. Wonder if I could mount it on my Corsair A50. It might be to heavy though.

P.S. Funny what you find when you dig through your junk box.

Appears from here that it's approximately 50CFM -- can't find anything on the noise level, though. Probably not a spec that anyone really cares about based on the fan's typical usage (which appears to be industrial/OEM).

Thanks. At 50 CFM and due to the weight it doesn't really make a good cpu fan. Only good for a case fan assuming it isn't to loud. Back to the junk box it goes.
