Old NT4 with Raedon 64 and 3com problem

RAEDON 64MEG

AS soon as the RAEDON drivers are installed, end up with a memory address conflict. And loose the NIC. Without the Video drivers things are ok. Tried the Dec 07 VGA 81x chipset update. No luck.

Rumor about NT 4 not handling over 32 MEG memory on video card?
