Old notebook fan noisy, any solution?

I have a very old Clevo 8500 laptop that I wanted to use it as a NAS. However, the fan is so noisy and the CPU is hot, since it uses desktop CPU, not mobile CPU.

Anyone have any idea to cool the CPU? I don't think I can find a comparable fan since the shape is unusual.

Take the top off, and hook a 80mm fan to a USB port, and blow on the CPU with that.
