Old motherboard question

I have an AMD XP 1800+ (1.533Ghz) processor, but cannot decide on which motherboard is better for it, to act as a box that act as a home network sharing server, and also run games on it. Video card is GeForce 6600GT.

choice 1: Asrock K7VM2 (Via KM266, AGP 4x, 3x PCI slots, 2 DDR slots, USB 2.0)
choice 2: Epox 8K7A (AMD 760, AGP 4x, 6x PCI slots, 2 DDR slots, USB 1.0)

If that's a KM266 not a KM266A, then the AMD chipset has the faster RAM controller. For the purpose, I think I'd go with the Epox.

hmmm KM266 is slower? tsk the problem i have with Epox is that the board cannot recognize the whole size of a 160GB HDD...and it's USB 1.0. hmmmmm think think
