Not a guy but I am 62, I coexist with metastatic cancer so every birthday is a good one around here 🙂

Humbug I'm just 21 years away from old if 60 is the definition ...

How about we say 75+ or 85+ is old instead?
"Old" keeps moving up as I approach each new limit. Definitely am slowing down in any kind of vigorous workout, but still dont notice any problems in day to day activities.

58, and I was doing OK till the rotator cuff surgery. That has kicked my ass a bit.

I'm starting to consider something similar. It's getting so I can barely lift my arm past horizontal. Too many injuries over the years to the rotator cuff.

You best set aside about 6 months to get function back. My right shoulder was a typical large tear repair, and I will be 4 months on it.
The left shoulder is not repairable, tears are too big so I get a graft with 3 months of no activity, followed by 3 months of PT before I get out of the sling.

Wow...sucks.

I'm 13... wait... that's the age of the titanium plate and screws holding my neck together. I got it, I'm 25! Oh, right... that's the age of the mesh holding my guts up. Maybe 50? Naah, that's the age of my oldest filling.

I'll cut myself in half and count the rings... brb. 😉
