OLD M/B driver help

OK I am putting together a comp for my sister out of some spare parts I have lying around. Don't freak at the age of the m/b as all she does is check email and use ms word.
I have a Soyo SY-6BA+ I can't seem to find the m/b drivers. Soyo has some listed for win 95, but I am putting 98se on it for her, will those work? It has a 440BX chipset on it.

Here's a link to the chipset INF package for Win98 + 440BX, and I think that's about all you need as far as the chipset goes. If you're going to burn a CD with useful stuff to go on there, check this Resources page, there are links to Zone Alarm, Grisoft AVG Free Edition antivirus software, Spybot S&D antispyware, and some other stuff you might find useful (Acrobat Reader, Sun Java2, etc).
