old + lightweight laptop recommendations?

can anyone suggest older laptops that are also as lightweight as possible?

i don't care about anything else in it (ram, screen size/type, cpu speed, gpu, -rw drives) or who makes it. whatever it has inside will be enough for me. it just has to be an older model though so i can try to find it used for as cheap as possible.
 
I had a PIII Compaq m300, a PII Toshiba Portege 3110ct, PIII Thinkpad 570e, and PIII Dell Latitude LS. All were ultraportables that used external drives or docking stations. My favorite was the m300 because of it's extremely good build quailty and then the 570e. You could probably look into an older Thinkpad x series model.
