Old intel motherboard with screws stuck

I was trying to take out the motherboard on my old rig. Three of the nine screws were completely stuck and I tried with five screw drivers and still couldn't get it to come out. Is like locked tight. Will an electric screw driver help? or something else?

Are they stuck hard, or are they turning without coming out?

A proper screwdriver will help - and if your fingers have limited power, an electric one might do better than them. Be careful not to stab something.

They are not turning at all. It's just frustrating as those are the last 3 screws I need to take out. I'll see how will an electric screw will go when I receive from a friend tommorow. I just hope that there is still enough grip for the electric screw because i sort of scrapped a portion of the opening on the screw, when I was using all my strength.

Careful with the electric screw driver / drill, as they may actually strip the head before it turns. The oil idea may help. Post a pic of case / layout, perhaps another option will reveal itself?
