Old Hard Drives, New Build?

Believe everything is plugged into the new system. But, before I power this up, need to clear up what to do with regards old hard drives. I'm using two 150 Gb Raptors from my old athlon system that were in Raid 0. Before disassembling, I erased most programs but left Windows XP (SP2) installed. The drives have been sitting idle without power for about two months.

I'm now ready to start up the same Windows XP (SP2) boot disk that i used 2 years ago in the old system. My question: what if anything do i need to do to clear data off these used hard drives. think i want to put them in Raid 0 again, though debating that after reading some Anandtech reviews.

Office system:
E6850
Asus P5E x38
Corsair DDR2 800 (PC 6400) 3-4-3-9
8600 GT passive
2 Raptors.
