old guy takes gas pumps off line and then starts cursing at the computer.

I work w/ a 73 year old man. He's been pumpimg gas since he was 13 years old. Anyway, our prices went up 2 cents so he changed the signs and then he had to change the price of gas on the computer. I told him to wait until we closed. He said that he was going to do it while we were opened and that it was only going to take a minute. I just shook my head...

A few minutes later...

Him: "Jesus Christ!! Why can't I do anything right? WHY??"

Him: "F*ck you machine!!! AHHHH"

Him: "God damn it!!"

I went inside the store and he had the computer off line. I had people coming into the station to purchase gas and I couldn't do squat because he f*cked it up. I had to tell people that the pumps were off line. We lost business from 6:00pm- 7:30pm. As I was describing the situation to the customers I heard...

Him: "C'mon!! Why can't I do this? WHY?"

Him" "When Chuck does it he can go bip bip boop and then he's done!! Why can't I go bip bip boop? WHY??"

Him: "WHHHHHYYY???"

The manager had to come in and correct the situation. :disgust:

 
I think it's funnier that he's been working at a gas station for 60 years.
Do they not have a good retirement plan or something?
