Hi, going to buy a Elsa Gladiac Geforce 2 GTS 32MB.
but i can't find a review comparing this two cards. (the one i currently have is a Gullimonet Geforce SDR)

will this card double the speed of my old one?

also, i currently have 256MB PC133 ram and my motherboard only supports SDR ram...

thinking about changing DDR motherboard, which motherboard performs better in DDR ram?
about to get 300MHz 256MB DDR ram(184pin), will there be a double or 1/3 performance gain if i get 512MB of 300MHz DDR ram?

At high res and 32 bit color, you're likely to see roughly twice the performance with a GTS over the SDR GF.

As for mobos, the best performing DDR mobos out there right now are KT266A or nForce mobos, the Kt266A holding a slight edge.
The performance increase depends on what mobo you have now, there are different SDR mobos with different performance.

And it also depends on your CPU, with a Duron600 you're not likely to see much of a performance gain when moving from PC133 to PC2100, while an XP 1.6 GHz will likely see a rather big improvement.

I recently upgraded my Inno3D GeForce 256 to a Gainward GTS Pro 450.
I am running a celeron900 with 256 Meg PC133 DDR ram
I went from 1580 3Dmark2001 to 2350
I paid $129 for the GTS Pro from egghead
I sold the SDR256 for $20

I do not see $100 worth of difference but I'm not exactly sorry I upgraded either.

the reason youre not seeing the difference is because you have a terribly slow celeron... I thought most people knew better than to buy Intel.

I still can't fathom why people care about 3DMarks.

Try a few real benchmarks, and see the difference.
A GF SDR to a GF2 Pro should at least double the performance in high res gaming.

Fsck I hate 3DMark...
