Old comp keeps dying

I built it quite a few years ago, agp etc. It has what was at one time considered to be a nice psu (ocz 450w modstream). It's dying now after about 30 minutes of actvity. It'll turn back on after a minute or so. I took it apart to get the dust out but that didn't help. I haven't reseated the cpu, is that worth doing? Anyway, open to suggestions. Thanks.

Is it overheating? That would be my first place to look. Sometimes cheap thermal paste can dry out and cause that.

My next best guess would be a bad power supply or bad/loose RAM.

Yeah, I'm working on that assumption. Going to reseat the cpu and check the ram now. Thanks!

I've done everything I can at this point I think. It is currently able to run for about 10 minutes before it dies. If I wait a few minutes it will either start up and run or spin the fans a little and quit. I ran speed fan and the temps seem fine. I'm going to assume it's a bad power supply.

I'd like to get a new psu that will run this comp for a while but will also be powerful enough for a new build down the line. I'm really out of touch with comp parts though so what psu should I get?

This is an ocz 700w:

If you buy a new PS, then you might want to think about getting one that you would want or be able to use in any new rig future purchase.
