Old camera: Relisys Dimera 3500

I should be ashamed to ask, but here goes.
I used this old camera on a windows XP system for years. It worked OK for what it was. But the software CD that came with it won't install on win 10. It uses an old school rs-232 port, and my machine does have one legacy port. I think this device also installs twain drivers.

I know it's hopelessly old junk, but I hate to be outed.

There doesn't appear to be any card reader for the serial flash module used by that camera.
hopefully an rs232 to usb cable will allow windows to read it as a typical usb flash storage device, but who knows?

No idea if this helps, but it's all I have, except to suggest that you can get more modern, used ~10MP cameras for ~$25.
