Old Build Problem

I built this computer in 2007, with the following components:
E6750
GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DSR3
2GB Crucial DDR2 1066
Launch 8800GT
Creative X-Fi
OCZ 700W GameXStream.

I've replaced the RAM with 2GB of G.SKILL DDR2 800 last fall because the one (or both) of the Crucial sticks was giving me problems, and the E6750 was replaced with a E8600 around when it came out. There are also 6 hard drives, an SSD, a DVD drive, and a floppy drive. One of the hard drives has an internal enclosure that has a fan + fan controller + thermometer.

I leave my computer running overnight, but when I woke up this morning, there was no signal to the monitor, and the front panel enclosure thermometer and fan were not working. I reset the computer, but it would not POST. I don’t think there was a storm while I was sleeping, so I doubt there was a power surge.

All of the case fans, the CPU fan, GPU fan, and sound card were powered on, but the motherboard never beeped and the hard drive enclosure fan never came on (it’s not automatically on, but the controller on the front to turn it on is not working) and the computer didn’t start up.

I tried booting with only one of the RAM DIMMs (tried both of them alone), and removing the GPU as the two most likely culprits. Neither worked. I also tried removing power to a few of the hard drives (3 max) at a time. Could the motherboard be the issue? I’m just not sure about that because the CPU fan and a few of the other fans are receiving powering through the motherboard right now.

My E8600 overclock got flakey since last year to the point where I’ve been running it at stock lately, but I chalked that up to the RAM since it was an FSB overclock. I haven’t got a spare CPU lying around here (may have one next week) or any other components I can swap. Last time this happened, it turned out the Crucial RAM was stopping the computer from booting, but it doesn’t seem likely that both G.SKILL DIMMs would fail at once… Anything else I can do to troubleshoot?

My guess would be the PSU; it's not a terrible PSU, but these things do happen.

Sorry guys, I was finishing up some papers so it took me a while to get back to this. I tried clearing the CMOS, but that didn't change anything. But I did notice that my monitor was intermittently flashing between the "NO INPUT" screen and a blank screen. When the computer's off, it'll just display the "NO INPUT" screen for a few seconds before going into standby. Does that sound like a GPU failure? I thought there'd be beeps for that.

I'm not sure if I've heard that they could stop a computer from POSTing, but removing the GPU doesn't change anything either.

I know that OCZ doesn't make the best PSUs, but everything does seem to be getting power until I decide to shut it off at least. Unfortunately I don't have an extra PSU to check with. Thinking about it more though, I guess it could be explained by the PSU.
