Netflix only sends 1 disk. If there is a second with special features, it is usually available as "XXXXXX Special Features Disc" or similar

If you like Old Boy, also try "Sympathy for Mr.Vengeance".

It's done by the same director. Old Boy is the 2nd of his vengeance series, "Sympathy for Mr.Vengeance" being the first one.

"Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance" was alright. I'm waiting for "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" to come out on DVD (it came out not too long ago Korean theaters).

then why don't you act and attempt to eat live squid?

quoted from dvd talk:
In a complex performance that runs the gamut of humanity and brutality, Choi Min-sik stakes his claim as one of the greatest tough guys in the history of cinema, joining the ranks of Lee Marvin, Charles Bronson and Toshiro Mifune. American audiences may know Min-sik from his hardboiled turn in Shiri, but his performance in Oldboy is the stuff of movie legend. By the time Dae-su enters a sushi bar, orders "something alive", and proceeds to devour a live octopus, Min-sik has earned his places in the pantheon of onscreen asskickers. From his descent into madness, to his hammer-wielding attack against overwhelming odds, to his struggle to regain his humanity, Min-sik commands the screen in a way only a handful of actors ever have.

I saw this movie yesterday, and it's probably one of the best badass movies I've ever seen in my life. acting was great, and damn the story is just.. phokked up lol.

yea it was awesome:) unlike many asian films touted by critics which are generally so flawed in one way or another or amateurish that they just don't measure up. old boy is just polished.

Sympathy for lady vengeance is sooo different from ??? ???.. heh..

but he's movies are very well made. althought might be too violent for everyone, it is one of the "rare" korean films that was directed well throughout. :) But korean cinema is improving quite rapidly and we are seeing some great movies recently. Although you still do get more crap than good ;)
