"Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance" was alright. I'm waiting for "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" to come out on DVD (it came out not too long ago Korean theaters).

yea it was awesome unlike many asian films touted by critics which are generally so flawed in one way or another or amateurish that they just don't measure up. old boy is just polished.

Sympathy for lady vengeance is sooo different from ??? ???.. heh..

but he's movies are very well made. althought might be too violent for everyone, it is one of the "rare" korean films that was directed well throughout. But korean cinema is improving quite rapidly and we are seeing some great movies recently. Although you still do get more crap than good
