to my suprise, i found a asus p2b-s hiding in my closet when i do the spring cleaning. instead of selling it off, i would like to extant
its life by putting in either pIII or celeron2. ( more power to me
hehe )
my question, what software, patch, bios upgrade i would use for a old bx board. i have been happy tweaking away with my p3v4x with all the 4in1 driver. directx 8a. voodoo5. i am not check the tweakablity of bx board. is there any file out there that can improve
the performance of this board.
another question, i found out this board can only push on board bus speed to 112 (which is bad if i want to put in pIII to oclock), is there any unoffical
setting to push up the bus speed.
<<edit: got the answer. should have read the forum first.. the board does support celeron2 and pIII with the right bios upgrade. >>
now i have to research futher for the unoffical bus speed.
