OLD bios

hey
i have a really old bios, it is from my 200mhz pentium machine, is there a way to upgrade the bios so it boots from the CD-ROM?

stupid question really but have you actually checked to see if you can change the boot order in bios with your present bios??

first of all, what do you need to do that you can't boot from a floppy?

second, if you can find a part number or something you might be able to find a manufacturer by doing a yahoo, google, etc... search and see if there is a newer bios

I doubt there is a bios update to make your mobo boot to the Cd Rom. But just in case you're interested in finding out the maker of your mobo check driverguide.com. You will need the FCC number on the mobo.
