OKIA warranty experience!!!

Fastest turn around time ever.

My OKIA XKll1000 watt randomly died on 7/13 and I got the RMA number on the same day and sent it out the same day.

It got to OKIA in California on 7/15 and I just got my UPGRADED XKll1200 80+ Gold certified today (7/19). My computer is up and running again with less than a week of downtime even including the weekend.

I will certainly go with OKIA for many of my future computer related purchases. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
Okia.... as in BCC... as in Broadway Com Corp.... as in Beer Can Case???

Any idea who does the OEM on this new Gold 1200W unit?
