Oki Mc160n laser printer, pink hue issue in backround

Hey guys I refilled my toners today, and now have a strange issue. I dont recall it happening prior to me refilling the toner. This is the first time I have refilled this set of toner cartridges. All the colors work good, print good etc, however the backround has a pinkish/magenta hue to it. If I print black and white, there is no hue.

I cant figure out what is wrong. I have taken all the toners out and inspected them and everything looks good.
Any ideas what it could be or what I could potentially do to fix it. I have printed quite a few test pages in hopes of it clearing up but it seems to persist.

Thanks,

If it's a consistent shade, do a calibration cycle or three. That's probably it.

If there are streaks or unevenness in it, you probably need a new magenta drum. The drums are light-sensitive, and they lose their magic if you leave them exposed too long. If the drum is integrated into the toner cartridge, well... eff.

I meant to update this some time ago, the colouring issue fixed itself after a few prints. By a few, I mean quite a few, probably 30-40 or so. Maybe I fudged the toner fill a bit or something who knows.

Yeah. On mine its says to rattle the toner before unwrapping it and installing it. Also to run the slider up and down the wire a few times.
