anyone know where I could find/buy development tools for this chip? Its an old OLM66K chip...
I need a disassembler and assembler but I could use an emulation system too.

Their apps engineers didn't give you a hand? Try posting in Usenet sci.electronics.* and someone might be able to help there.
 
the main problem is this microcontroller was used primarily from 91-95! It is long gone...
