Okayish standalone wifi-camera for streaming a Bird Feeder?

Got a bird feeder in the window, wifi signal's alright, it's near a power outlet.

I know nothing about these, brands, etc. - Amazon has like hundreds of wifi "security cameras" and whatnot from brands I've never heard of. I just want something I can see on my smartphone or share a link with friends. Maybe throw it up on Twitch for teh lulz or something, and am looking for reccommendations & positive experiences.

Preferably under $100, but I can stretch for something cool like PTZ.

Just try to avoid something that is easily hacked and could be a launching-point to hacking the rest of your network. Unless you have a "fancy" home LAN, with VLANs and isolation between NAS units, workstations, and IoT / "smart home" devices.
