And i asked for the # of "whiskers to tails".....the operator responds....how do you spell whiskers sir?

I called 411 using my house line and asked for the local police department... I got one that was from north jersey :| (i'm in south jersey)

I called 411 from my cell and it took them almost 5 minutes to find the non-emergency number for the police department. That was after she told me twice that there wasn't a PD in the city I was in.

I called 911 after getting attacked and it was busy for 10 minutes, I had to have an operator break in. :confused:

You're probably going to get charged to talk to that person. Why couldn't you use a phone book or the Internet?
