Okay.. need to buy an 'authentic' lightsaber..

Hey guys,

I want to get a half decent mock up lightsaber, one with the sound affects and glows. Obviously I'm not going to be getting those silly fisher price toy ones, but I need one that does all of the above.

I know that someone posted up on here recently about getting a nice one, I've found a few websites, but they don't show me a movie or any demonstrations and obviously I don't want to get ripped off.

Thanks!

Master Replica makes them. You can probably find them in store at Borders.

Yup.

Master Replicas makes the most 'authentic' lightsabers. I've seen some for sale at Borders for $120. You can also purchase directly from Master Replicas' website.

I might take a look at the Force FX ones, though they don't retract, my buddy and I want to go out as Jedi for halloween..

what's so funny about this? true fans are never afraid of mockers like yourself. they have the force to guide them... (or what is left of it ROFL)

true fans would never acknowledge the existence of eps 1-3.

I've gotta put a vote down for Master Replica's Force FX light sabres. I've got an Anikin one from a whim when we got our first shipment in at an old job. They have a good weight to them, and are rather durable, if you don't put real force behind any swings. When you swing them they'll make the sounds, hit something, you get another sound, turn it off, the LEDs will telescope back down to the handle, and vice versa.

I've had it out twice since I got it, heh.
