It's so fvcking flakey. Lost packets, I can't even play games, it all just happened this morning.

I can't wait til I switch to fvcking Verizon (july 12th)

can't use just change your DNS settings if its getting a bit slow
 
You check for outages by CALLING THEM. If you're dropping packets to your gateway (find gateway's IP in your IP config), then it's a Comcast problem. Anything beyond the gateway isn't Comcast's fault, it's the server you're connecting to.
