After reviewing your chart and EKG, I'm still unable to make a diagnosis. I'll give you a call after your lab results come back...oh wait. I'm not a doctor, and this isn't a doctor's office.

It's not... wtf... who had their hands on my junk and told me to turn my head and cough then???

That's my hobby. Some people play football, I grab guy's junk and play doctor.

Hmmm... well I was gonna play flag football tomorrow at the park... but if you're free...

panic atack?
I never had a panic attack in my life and there is nothing that happened that would get me panicky.
<Cue Robert DeNiro from Analyze That...>

That's just it, panic attacks strike out of nowhere. Plus, there's a first time for everything. See the right doctors to determine what truly caused what you felt.

Still did not pass entirely yet, I still feel like shite... WTF causes this?

could be anything go to your doctor

probably something wrong with your blood pressure or blood glucose levels... but coudl be anything...

Sounds like an anxiety attack. Tobacco, coffee, spicy foods and stress all contribute to it for various reasons. You should go see a doctor. It can affect the quality of your life if it becomes regular or more pronounced.
