Remember that my GeForce 3 Ti 200 arrived with one of the RAM sinks broken off? Well, I ordered some AS epoxy and some ASII thermal compound, and it arrived today. I've alread applied the ASII to my GPU on the card (yes, I removed the wax pad) and am about to apply the AS epoxy to the detached sink, and I got to thinking that maybe I should apply it to the other ram sink as well. How should it remove the other sink?

Very carefully with either a small screw driver or my favorite is a butter knife. The SO however doesn't like me to use butter knifes, because then I scratch them and have to do pennance to her for it.

I use a razor blade if I am removing sinks that are on with fragtape. I work the blade around each edge and it eventually becomes easy enough to pull off.
