- Crucial Micron 256 mb 32x64 pc2100 DDR ram OEM

- Thermaltake VOLCANO 6Cu. Heatsink + Dual Ball-Bearing Fan, FAN Speed: 4550±10% RPM. Max. Air Flow: 32CFM. Pure Copper base & contact face. Interface Material: Bergquist 225U. Dimensions: 80x60x65 mm. (* According to Manufacturer, This fan is designed for AMD ATHLON 1.9GHz+, INTEL PIII 1.13GHz & TUALATIN, up to 2.0GHz.*)

This is from newegg.com .Does this sound like a good package?

It looks like I will need a new power supply also. What wattage should I get for this combo and made by who or which model?

Thanks.

Sounds good! Personally, if you want an Epox board I would go with the Epox EP-8KHA+ (a newer board and probably more stable because it is revision 2.0). If you are curious you can check out some motherboard stats at Text they have reviewed 14 different motherboards using VIA chipsets vs nForce chipsets. This is a very nice review and is very informative. Tomshardware reviewed the Epox EP-8KHA+ and it was the fastest board in some tests. I hope this helps.
