Nepkoe (aka FakeCow) adds "normal client" functionality to your client running as a service.

Changes.log:
-translated all dutch comments to english;
-included english section in the readme;
-added "restart" functionality;
-removed direct "Join DPC" link;
-abandoned support for the old "rc5des.exe" client;
-abandoned CowWare licensing concept, nobody donated blocks anyway 🙁 😉.
