I apologize to the mods in advance if this is a no-no topic (haven't seen it abused while I was here so I'm making the assumption it's okay).
I am an admin of a bulletin board that has been getting porno spam from what appears to be the same person registering over and over. I've got his/her/its IP address and know who the provider is (Bellsouth). The problem is the email he/she/it gave when he/she/it registered is a Yahoo address - and you know they don't keep track of real names or care if one of their disposable email addresses is being used for spamming.
I've seen some of you find the most detailed information given only an IP address - and I'm wondering if there's someplace I can find out once and for all who this troll is and make them stop harassing us.
Bless you in advance if you all can help me out - I'd post the IP address here if I didn't think it might get nuked (sort of like posting real names and addresses and stuff - best left to the mods discretion).
