Okay, can someone help me decide?

I currently have my e6300@3.4ghz (486x7) with some corsair 800mhz memory running at 972mhz with 5-5-5-12 timing running rock stable! I'm trying to get to 3.6~3.7ghz with memory timings of 4-4-4-12. I know that my e6300 can handle it but my current memory can?t, even with very loose timings.

I'm looking the buy some G.Skill memory with really good timings. I don't wanna spend more than $260. I got it down to these two.

I know I could get to 1066 with the first one but I'm not to sure about the second one, but the timings on the second are really good. Anyway, which one would give me the highest overclock with the tightest timings?

Your opinions are much appreciated.

go for the 800, the timings are good on the 667 because it's slower. The 800 kit would probably run those timings at 667
