I've got 3/4 of a bottle of a decent Cabernet left over from a weekend party. It's too good to just toss, but I don't drink wine. I do however like food, so if possible I'll cook something with it. I could make Beef Bourguignon or some other stewlike dish, but I'm open to other, better ideas. Beef, chicken, pork or shrimp as the base protein would be best.
